There is a great deal written around Self-Care.  It is a broad category to say the least. Sage Brain is a big believer in Self-Care and will coach you through what works best by condition.

We believe in a multi-modality approach that has research and science as to what will help you best. Our program will cover a variety of topics with specific actions you can take to and add to your brain health and overall well-being.

Sage Brain will coach you on topics and techniques including meditation, breathing exercises, yoga, sauna, cold-immersion, and DNA analysis.

All of it is designed to be condition specific and get you to take easy actions immediately.  Coaching and feedback help you determine what is working best for you for the long run.
